Does CRS charge for services?

Yes, we are a full-service provider specializing in large-scale commercial property clean-outs and decommissioning. We handle labor, vendors, equipment, and waste management, ensuring efficient transportation of your furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for donation, recycling, or disposal. All related expenses are included in our project management fee.

Is there a required minimum size for projects?

Our minimum project size is 10,000 square feet. We excel in large-scale cleanouts, concentrating on thoroughly clearing commercial properties, which includes the removal of furniture, fixtures, and equipment during relocations, transitions, or closures, while overseeing all aspects of disassembly, removal, and disposal.

Does CRS purchase or sell my FF&E?

CRS does not acquire furniture, fixtures, and equipment but may assist with reselling on a case-by-case basis. Factors include demand, timelines, condition, and potential for direct sale. We connect with auction houses, resellers, and online marketplaces. While sales aren't guaranteed, we aim to donate and recycle when possible.

Does CRS offer moving services?

CRS focuses on the dismantling, removal, and disposal of FF&E and does not offer general moving services. If your company’s primary goal is to relocate assets to a different location rather than dispose of FF&E, we may not be the ideal choice. Our specialization lies in FF&E disposal; however, we may be able to assist you in finding a dependable moving service if required.

Does CRS offer installation services?

Our primary focus is on de-installation, and we do not offer installation services. Our specialization is in the safe removal of existing FF&E. However, we can assist you in connecting with reputable providers for professional installation services should you require them. We're here to support you throughout your project.

Does CRS offer storage solutions?

CRS does not handle storage for FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). Our emphasis is on delivering customized solutions within our areas of expertise, which makes us less appropriate for your storage requirements. We suggest considering other providers that specialize in warehouse services to meet your needs.

Is CRS insured?

We obtain the required insurance for your commercial space, including commercial auto and general liability, as specified by your building owner. All vendors meet these standards, and we secure a Certificate of Insurance for workers' compensation from staffing agencies managing your FF&E, ensuring comprehensive coverage for your property and staff.

What are the service areas covered by CRS?

We offer extensive services throughout the United States, guaranteeing that every client gains from our expertise. There will be no transfers; we handle each project with attentiveness. Our project managers travel as required to ensure consistent quality and reliability, no matter the location or complexity of the project.

What is the required notice to initiate a project?

We recommend giving two weeks' notice before a commercial property clean-out decommissioning project, though we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the project's size and our team's availability, we can manage urgent requests. Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives us to seek every possible solution for success.

How long will my project take?

Each project has distinct characteristics. The timeline is influenced by factors such as square footage, access points, working hours, number of components, equipment placement, and on-site accommodation. While unforeseen circumstances may occur, we address each challenge directly to ensure timely completion.
