Does CRS charge for services?

Yes, we are a full-service provider with expertise in managing your large-scale commercial property clean-out and decommissioning project. Our offerings encompass sourcing labor, vendors, and equipment, as well as implementing waste management solutions. We collaborate with haulers to guarantee the efficient transportation of your furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for donation, recycling, or disposal. All expenses related to labor, transportation, insurance, and disposal fees are incorporated into our project management fee.

Is there a required minimum size for projects?

We typically handle projects of 10,000 square feet or larger, reflecting our expertise and resources. However, we are open to exploring projects of any size that align with both parties' interests. Every project, regardless of size, offers unique opportunities for collaboration and innovation, and we are eager to discuss how we can work together effectively.

Does CRS purchase or sell my FF&E?

CRS does not acquire furniture, fixtures, and equipment but may be able to assist with reselling FF&E on a case-by-case basis. Factors affecting our decision include demand, timelines, condition, and potential for direct sale from the project site. We connect with auction houses, resellers, and online marketplaces. While we can't guarantee sales, we strive to donate and recycle when possible.

Does CRS offer moving services?

CRS focuses on the dismantling, removal, and disposal of FF&E and does not offer general moving services. If your company’s primary goal is to relocate assets to a different location rather than dispose of FF&E, we may not be the ideal choice. Our specialization lies in FF&E disposal; however, we may be able to assist you in finding a dependable moving service if required.

Does CRS offer installation services?

We focus solely on de-installation and do not provide installation services. Our expertise lies in safely removing existing FF&E. However, we may be able to help connect you with reliable providers for professional installation services if needed. We're here to support you with your project.

Does CRS offer storage solutions?

CRS does not own or operate warehouses or storage for FF&E. Our focus is on providing tailored solutions elsewhere, so we may not be the best choice for your storage needs. We encourage you to explore other options that specialize in warehouse solutions.

Is CRS insured?

Absolutely, we maintain the required insurance for your commercial space, whether specified by your building owner or organization. Each project is unique, and our coverage includes commercial auto and general liability insurance. All vendors meet the same insurance standards, and we secure a Certificate of Insurance for workers' compensation with any staffing agencies managing your FF&E. We prioritize comprehensive coverage for your property and our staff, ensuring your peace of mind.

What are the service areas covered by CRS?

We offer comprehensive services throughout the United States, ensuring all clients benefit from our expertise. You won't be transferred to another provider; we personally manage each project with meticulous care. Our dedicated project managers travel as needed to provide the highest level of service and support, maintaining consistent quality and reliability regardless of location or project complexity.

What is the required notice to initiate a project?

We appreciate receiving a notice of 2-4 weeks before a decommissioning project. However, we understand that not all situations allow for ideal planning, and projects may arise unexpectedly. Depending on the project's scale and our ability to quickly mobilize our team, we can accommodate urgent requests. Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives us to find every possible solution for success.

How long will my project take?

Each project has distinct characteristics. The timeline is influenced by factors such as square footage, access points, working hours, number of components, equipment placement, and on-site accommodation. While unforeseen circumstances may occur, we address each challenge directly to ensure timely completion.
